Conditions for International travel

To help maintain our excellent reputation we have compiled a list of term and conditions to assist you.


Q: How do I book a Companion?

To book one of our Companions, please visit our gallery to choose an Orchid and then call us on us or fill out the companions reservations form.
When booking an incall all we require is your name and a number where we can contact you with the confirmation.
When making an outcall booking, we will need your full name, address; post code and landline telephone number. For a hotel we will need the hotel name, address, postcode, the telephone number, your room number and the name under which the room is booked.


Q: Are the ladies photos genuine?

All our photos are 100% genuine and recent. We meet every companion to ensure that their photos show a true likeness, we only use trusted companion photographers who only take true honest pictures. The companion in the photo is the companion you will see. We also encourage that companions update their photos on a regular basis.


Q: How do I pay?

We accept pounds sterling. Please advise at the time of booking if you wish to pay in any currency other than pounds sterling, in these instances a 10% surcharge is also applied for exchange commission. When you meet your companion please pay her within the first 10 minutes of meeting leaving you to relax and enjoy your time with your Companion. Our London companion prices are fully inclusive however if you would like to give a gratuity it will always be gracefully received.


Q: Do I pay for taxi fares for outcall appointments?

The outcall rates listed on the website include the girls travel times NOT the taxi fare, we do not charge taxi fares for an outcall appointment local to the girls address otherwise a charge will be applied which you will be informed of when booking.


Q: Are the girls' fees negotiable?

Sorry, they're not. The ladies we represent are professional companions. They use their professional skills to make a living in the same way your lawyer or accountant does - would you haggle with them.


Q: Do you charge for a cancellation?

We do NOT charge for cancellation of in call appointment. Cancellation of an outcall appointment will incur a FEE equivalent to our companions travel expenses.


Q: What happens to my personal information?

Abbey's Orchids guarantees absolute discretion. Any data, which is gathered for necessary payments and arrangements will not be filed, electronically stored or used in any other way except for the purpose of handling the necessary transactions.


Q: What are incalls and outcalls?

An in call is when you visit the companion at her apartment and an outcall is when she visits you at your home or hotel. We cover the London area, Heathrow, and Gatwick and for longer bookings, some of our companions will travel outside the UK. We also encourage bookings from overseas as our companions love to travel and will accompany you where you are going.


Q: Can I request what the companion wears?

Of course, you can, we always pass on your dress requirements to our companions and they love to dress up and greet you in your required attire. Some companions have an extensive range of clothes; please inform us at the time of booking.


Q: Can I speak to the companion before I book?

No. Our companions do not wish to answer their phones to clients. For that reason they hire the Abbey's Orchids team to take care of their appointments etc.


Q: Customer Satisfaction:

One of the most important aspects to our agency is your satisfaction, we rely on you the client to inform us if you are not satisfied with any aspect of the booking. You can call us and we always treat your concerns seriously so please be assured that any concern will be dealt with and treated in the utmost confidence.


Q: Please note:

Any money paid to a companion is understood to be for her time and companionship only. Anything else that happens during your time together is the result of the independent actions of consenting adults.


Q: Why are some of the Ladies faces blurred?

There are several reasons why some Ladies ask us to blur their face. Many of our companions are university students or have professional careers and only work on a part-time basis. For others the reason is personal: they don’t want their boyfriend and/or family to know that they work as companions. We do meet all of our Ladies and only agree to blur pictures when we are satisfied that they are recent and genuine.


Q: How much notice do the Ladies usually need?

To be honest it’s impossible to answer this absolutely. Some of the companions in our portfolio have other occupations. Sometimes we can make a booking with your chosen companion with as little as fifteen minutes notice. Same-day bookings are generally not a problem, although this does depend on the Lady.


Q: What payment methods do the Ladies accept?

Our companions will only accept payment in cash. This should be given to your companion within the first ten minutes of the meeting.


Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

You can make a booking on the same day or as far as a month beforehand. You can book online, by email or by phone. NB Online Bookings will still need to be confirmed on the date. Booking in advance is a good option to be sure of Securing a date with the companion of your choice at the time most convenient to you.


Q: Can I book more than one Lady at a time?

Yes of course. Please refer to our duo’s section.


Q: Can my partner and I see a companion together?

Yes, some of our companions enjoy meeting couples as well as singles. Often there may be an additional charge; the amount is at the companion’s discretion.


Q: Help! My question isn't answered here!

Not a problem: we're committed to the highest possible level of customer service. Contact us and we'll do our best to answer your question!


Q: What if my companion doesn’t turn up?

Should your companion be unable to make the appointment, due to any reason e.g. accident, illness etc., we will inform you immediately so that you can choose an alternative companion or of course, you have the right to cancel the appointment.


Q: When does the date start?

The date starts from the moment you meet up with your companion. E.g. when she arrives in your hotel room.


Q: Can I extend a date?

Yes, of course you can extend. Just call our operator to ask if it is possible, and tell her how long you would like to extend your appointment. Please pay the additional fee directly to your companion.


Q: Can I have the companion’s number, or meet up with her?

No, it is not allowed for our companions to give their private numbers, or to meet you without the agency.


Q: How long is a dinner date?

A dinner-date consists of 3 Hours of which 2 Hours is social time and 1 hour is private.


Q: How long is an over night stay?

Overnight bookings are based on a ten-hour period. Longer bookings are always open to negotiation.


Q: I want the lady to visit me outside London?

Traveling UK assignments outside of London will require a minimum booking period or traveling charge depending on the location. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that Heathrow and Gatwick airports are outside of London and assignments at these locations will attract additional cost and a minimum time spent of 2 hours.


Q: Do you accept credit cards?
